To avoid any duplication, we will first verify in our system that the property has not already been referred by another party.
Your introduction will be formally acknowledged and confirmed in writing.
Referrals cannot be treated as open-ended and will be valid for a defined period only.
While we will act in good faith to safeguard your interests, the securing of a mandate ultimately depends on the relationship and engagement with the seller.
Should the seller elect to transact exclusively with a specific broker, we are obliged to respect that decision.
